Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with PlantivaPro! We are committed to your satisfaction and want you to feel confident in your purchases. If you’re not completely happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original packaging
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used beauty, hygiene, or supplement products
- Perishable goods (e.g., certain natural items or food-based supplements)
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Gift cards or promotional items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We’ll notify you via email whether your refund is approved
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Shipping charges (original and return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a PlantivaPro error or a defective product
If your refund is delayed or missing:
- First, check with your bank or credit card company
- Then contact us at contact@plantivapro.com
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product. If you need an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@plantivapro.com and include:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- A photo of the item if it arrived damaged
How to Start a Return
To request a return, email us at contact@plantivapro.com with:
- Your full name and order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
We’ll respond with return instructions, including where to send your package. Do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Return Shipping Address
We will provide the appropriate return address when your request is approved. Do not send returns to our main office or warehouse without prior authorization.
